For entrance doors, Rubner continues to use innovative but well tested solutions.
At Rubner not only do we work continuously on the development of new and innovative products, but we also research special designs for entrance and inside doors that are always “in the van”.
Um einen kurzen Einblick in diese rege Tätigkeiten zu geben seien nachstehend die durchgeführten Prüfungen und Testergebnisse bei Haustüren aufgeführt.
Am Prüfinstitut für Türentechnik + Einbruchsicherheits (PTE Rosenheim) wurden folgende Tests erfolgreich absolviert und mit Prüfzeugnissen bestätigt:
Funktionsprüfung:
- Fugendurchlässigkeit (DIN EN 42 / ISO 8272)
- Schlagregendichtheit (DIN EN 86 / ISO 8247)
- Diagonalverschiebung (DIN EN 108 / ISO 8275)
- Statische Verdrehung (DIN EN 129 / ISO 9381)
- Dynamische Verdrehung (DIN EN 130 / ISO 9380)
- Funktionsprüfung (ISO 9379 - 100.000 Lastwechsel)
- Harter Stoß (DIN ES 85 / ISO 8271)
- Weicher Stoß (ISO 8270)
- Bedienbarkeit (ISO 8274)
Weather testing in sequence with 2 climate types and Aluphenol vapour barrier:
- 4 weeks category III (DIN EN 79 : 1990-11)
- 24 hours category IV (ISO 8273-1985 E)
- Test climate e (DIN EN 1121)
Weather tests with 2 climate types, with no Aluphenol vapour barrier (DIN EN 1121):
- Test climates c and d
- Test climate e
- Test climates c, d and e
Einbruchhemmung (DIN V ENV 1627) Widerstandsklasse WK 2:
- Dreifachverriegelung mit Rundbolzenriegel
- 4 dreiteilige Sicherheitsbänder
- 2 Bandsicherungen
- Mit Glasausschnitt und/oder Füllung
Results of the tests: Rubner safety doors meet all the requirements, both with and without the Aluphenol vapour barrier, of the "suitability test for house doors in wood".
For Rubner, to have reached these excellent test results is also a stimulus to improve still further, by the targeted selection and use of materials and the constant evolution of manufacturing techniques, so that in the future Rubner shall remain the leader in the production of timber doors for homes.
